Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

VitalSync aims to make the Service usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

What we do

• Semantic HTML and ARIA labels where appropriate.
• Keyboard navigation for primary flows (reading, posting, voting).
• Color-contrast review on UI text and interactive elements.
• Alt-text prompts on image uploads.
• Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly to 320 px width.
• Reduced-motion preferences respected for non-essential animation.

Known limitations

• Some user-uploaded images lack alt text because the member did not provide it. We surface a prompt but do not block posting.
• Third-party embeds (ads, payment iframes) inherit the vendor's accessibility; their conformance varies.
• Our AI chatbot has limited keyboard-only support and is on the roadmap for further improvement.
