AG1 is a powdered daily supplement with 75 vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and plant-derived ingredients, sold via DTC subscription.
Been drinking it off and on for 2 years. Tastes okay once you get used to it. Convenient travel packets. The price is the elephant in the room — I could build a similar stack for 1/3 the cost if I put in the effort.
I like the ritual of it in the morning. Can't say I feel dramatically different on days I take it vs don't, but it covers my bases on busy travel days. The marketing is relentless which is honestly off-putting.
Tried it for a month. Didn't notice any energy or sleep change for me. The taste grew on me but I couldn't justify continuing at that price point.
Part of my stack during a cutting phase. Kept my micronutrients covered when my calories were low. That's about all I'd claim. Not magic.
