Align (Procter & Gamble) features the Bifidobacterium 35624 strain in daily capsules and gummies.
Bifido 35624 specifically is what I was after. For me I noticed fewer urgent bathroom moments after about 4 weeks. Keep refilling. Only one strain so don't expect it to do everything.
Been on it 3 months. Honestly can't tell if anything changed. Maybe the baseline is fine and I'm not the target. No side effects.
