Bioma sells a 3-in-1 probiotic, prebiotic, and postbiotic capsule marketed for digestive support, sold online via subscription.
Marketing got me. Tried it for 6 weeks. Didn't notice anything beneficial, and honestly felt more bloated the first two weeks. Canceling the subscription was annoying — had to email twice. Not for me.
Mixed feelings. Digestion felt slightly smoother after month 2 but I can't swear it wasn't the diet changes I made at the same time. Not terrible, not a standout.
For me personally the gas and bloating I used to have after dinner got quieter over about 5 weeks. Might be the prebiotic. Might be coincidence. Giving it another 3 months.
