Culturelle is a DSM-Firmenich probiotic brand featuring Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, sold in US pharmacies and online.
Classic LGG strain, trusted brand. Kept me regular during a course of antibiotics last fall. Nothing fancy but it does the job at a drugstore price. I keep a bottle around.
Took it daily for 2 months hoping for bloat relief. Didn't feel different for me. Fine product, just didn't move the needle for my issues specifically.
The old reliable. I rotate between this and a spore-based one. For me the LGG strain seems to help when I have loose stools more than when I'm bloated.
