Headspace is a meditation and mindfulness app offering guided content, sleep tools, and enterprise mental-health services.
Been on Headspace since 2019. Andy's voice is soothing. The foundations course is genuinely good for beginners. I've drifted lately but still open the app weekly.
Focus playlists are my go-to for deep work. Meditations less so. Whole app feels well-curated vs Calm which feels like a content firehose.
Fine app. I don't use it consistently enough to justify the yearly price. Tried and cancelled.
