Toleriane Double Repair moisturizer. Reliable, gentle, ceramides. Not exciting, just works. I use it when I've overdone actives and my face needs a break.

Effaclar Duo (adapalene version) was my bridge before prescription tret. Took about 8 weeks to see texture improvements. Less harsh than I feared.
