Useful with caveats
Year 2 on Oura. The HRV and sleep stage data is directionally useful, not medically precise. It has made me take wind-down seriously. Also occasionally makes me feel tired because the score told me to.

Best sleep & recovery ring
Oura makes a finger-worn ring tracking heart rate, HRV, temperature, and sleep, paired with a mobile app.

The temperature trend feature flagged an illness two days before symptoms, which was wild. Battery life is great. Subscription model is annoying but I'm still in it.
Sleep staging aligns roughly with how I feel in the morning. Not perfect but useful as a trend tool. I wouldn't trade it for a watch.
The ring feels overbuilt for what I personally use it for. Subscription on top of a $300 ring is a lot. I use about 20% of the features.
