Renew Life (Clorox) sells high-CFU probiotics, digestive enzymes, and fiber products through mass retail and online.
The Ultimate Flora 50B is fine. Refrigerated, decent strain list. My GI said any reputable brand would do. I didn't notice anything dramatic but no downside either.
Used it post-antibiotics. By week 3 my GI symptoms settled back to baseline. Whether it sped things up or not I can't prove, but it felt like support.
Nothing bad to say, nothing exciting either. My stomach felt about the same across 2 months. Price is reasonable at least.
