Ritual is a DTC supplement brand based in Los Angeles selling multivitamins, protein, and prenatals with published sourcing and third-party testing.
Essential for Women 18+ for a year. The delayed-release capsule is nice if you forget to eat breakfast. I can't really tell if my energy is different but my bloodwork ferritin came up so I'll credit the iron. Mint flavor is weird at first.
Decent multivitamin. Clean label, I like the transparency. But for the price I expected to feel a difference and I didn't. If I want just folate and iron I can find that cheaper. Gave it a fair 3 months.
Been taking it daily since I stopped my prenatal. Easy on the stomach even empty, which mattered to me. No upgrade I can point to but also no complaints — which for a multi is what I want.
Husband and I take the 50+ versions. Convenient subscription, swap is easy. I wouldn't say I feel different but I sleep fine knowing basics are covered. Wish the bottle wasn't so bulky in the medicine cabinet.
