eczema flaring in spring - anyone else seasonal?

every march-april my eczema freaks out. inside of elbows + behind knees. dermatologist says allergens + temperature shifts. what preventive routines do yall do when you know the season shift is coming? any non-steroid topicals that actually help day to day?
