how to talk to a new specialist without sounding like i googled everything

switching to a new endo because my current one is unhelpful. i HAVE googled everything, read studies, tracked my symptoms for years. i want them to take me seriously without being the annoying patient. how do you chronic illness folks prep for first appointments? bring notes? keep it minimal? send records ahead?
