tracked 90 days on a cgm - here is what surprised me
non-diabetic, wore a cgm for 90 days. big findings:
- oatmeal spiked harder than rice for me
- sleep <6h = wildly higher morning fasting glucose
- a 10 min walk after meals blunted spikes ~30%
- stress (work call) spiked me as hard as a meal
not recommending everyone buy a cgm. but the walk + sleep finding alone changed how i eat.
