how i finally started sleeping through the night at 48
after 2 years of waking up at 3am sharp:
- magnesium glycinate 400mg at 9pm
- room temp at 65f
- no alcohol after 6pm
- HRT (this was the biggest unlock tbh)
- weighted blanket
- sleep mask because streetlights are the enemy
fell asleep in 10 min last night. slept til 6. two years ago i would have cried happy tears about that.
